Bequia (pronounced 'Beckwee'), 5000 inhabitants, is the biggest Grenadine island, part of the island state St.. Vincent and the Grenadines. The language is English, currency is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar, connected to the US$, electricity is 220 volts, 50 cycles AC.
          Though most tourists visiting in the High Season from December to April, there are no long periods of rain in the Low Season and weather conditions are good from May to August and most of the time from September to November.
